We ship nationwide with standard delivery in 5 to 7 business days. Orders over $100 ship free. Orders under $100 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unworn and unused with all original tags attached. A receipt is required for in-store purchases.

Qualifying returns may be processed as store credit or exchanged for another item.

Please note that final sale items and garments showing signs of wear are not eligible. Nova 9 reserves the right to assess the condition of all returned merchandise prior to approval.
